Sales Associate (120hr)

About this role

TFG is recruiting a Sales Associate for its The Fix store in Greenacres, Eastern Cape. The job is a full-time store role focused on helping customers find products they love and growing sales on the shop floor.

What you’ll do

• Represent the brand well and give every customer a friendly, helpful experience.
• Find the right solution for each customer and aim to go beyond what they expect.
• Track your own sales results against your targets.
• Sell across the full product range and keep up with the latest home décor and fashion trends.
• Look for chances to make extra sales and grow the store’s business.
• Help restock shelves and racks so the store is ready for customers at all times.

What you need

• Grade 12 (matric).
• A genuine passion for working with people.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work on your own and take initiative.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Customer service and negotiation skills, including building customer loyalty and handling difficult customer situations.
• Good planning, organising and decision-making skills.
