Sales Associate (120hr) - Totalsports

About this role

TFG is hiring a Sales Associate for the Totalsports store at Somerset Mall in the Western Cape. You will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, helping customers find the right products and making sure they leave happy.

What you’ll do

• Represent the Totalsports brand and give every customer a great experience.
• Find the best solution for each customer and aim to go beyond what they expect.
• Track your own sales results against your targets.
• Sell across the full product range and keep up with the latest fashion and décor trends.
• Look for chances to make new sales, both with new and returning customers.
• Help restock the shop so it is ready for customers at all times.

What you need

• Grade 12 (matric).
• A genuine passion for working with people.
• A target-driven attitude and a focus on results.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store.
• The ability to work on your own and take initiative.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Customer service skills, including building loyalty and handling difficult customer situations.
• Negotiation and selling skills.
• Good planning, organising and decision-making skills.
