Sales Associate

About this role

TFG is looking for a Sales Associate for the Volpes store at Brits Mall in the North West. The role is about selling a range of home products, from kitchenware to bedroom essentials, and giving every customer a friendly, helpful experience.

What you’ll do

• Act as a face of the brand by making every customer feel welcome and valued in the store.
• Help customers find the right products so they can create home spaces they like.
• Track your own sales results and look for chances to beat your targets.
• Keep the shop floor stocked, neat and attractive for shoppers.
• Handle customer questions and problems calmly while still working towards sales.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly during busy trading hours.

What you need

• Matric certificate (Grade 12).
• Previous sales experience in a retail store.
• Experience in the hospitality industry (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good attention to detail and organisation.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to handle a fast-paced retail environment.
