Sales Associate

About this role

TFG is looking for a Sales Associate for its Volpes store at Pinelands Village in the Western Cape. The job is in store and focuses on selling home products, from kitchenware to bedroom essentials.

What you’ll do

• Represent the brand well. You will welcome every customer and make them feel valued.
• Help customers find the right products for their homes. Good matching leads to sales and happy shoppers.
• Track your own sales results and look for chances to beat your targets.
• Keep the shop floor fully stocked and neat so that the store looks inviting.
• Deliver good service even when a customer is unhappy or difficult.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly during busy shifts.

What you need

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Previous sales experience in a retail store.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to handle a fast-paced store environment.
• Advantageous: experience in the hospitality industry.
