About this role

Russells is a home furniture brand within the Pepkor Lifestyle group. This fixed term salesperson post is based in Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga, and is there to help everyday customers choose furniture and home solutions for their homes.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers on the shop floor and find out what they are looking for.
• Show customers suitable furniture and home products, and explain the options clearly.
• Build a customer base by reaching out to new people and following up with existing ones.
• Treat every customer with care, so they feel welcome and want to come back.
• Keep the sales area neat and stocked so customers can shop with ease.
• Work with your store team to hit sales targets for the store.

What you need

• Good people skills and a friendly, patient manner.
• A drive to meet sales goals and keep improving.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use training from the company.
• Comfort working as part of a retail team.
