1. General Worker x 15 (Mining, Secunda Sasol Coal)
The key purpose of the General Worker is to aid the Maintenance Team through providing equipment maintenance assistance and reliability.
To Qualify for the post, Sasol requires applicants to have a Grade 12 Certificate or related equivalent N3 qualification. Be willing to acquire a Medical fitness Certificate,first aid certificate and must have a Driver’s License.
Applicants must be knowledgeable of mining industry (WISH) and posses at least a one year experience on conveyors.
Skills required by Sasol include being able to learn and master, posses leadership skills and can grow within the role.
Responsibility outputs include completing allocated tasks, inspecting conditions, reporting issues and assist Artisans with daily tasks.

2. Process Operator Gr 2 (Sasol Secunda)
The role of a Process Operator Gr 2 is to give assistance in the operation of single process equipment and systems.
Requirements for this post are Grade 12 or Matric for external applicants ( those not working within Sasol employment) or Grade 10 or NQF 1 Academic (Internal appointments). A drivers license(code B) for Operator Grade 1 and at-least a Minimum Experience of 0 to 12months in a similar role.
Skills and competencies requested for the role involve being able to execute instructions, housekeeping demonstration of knowledge in the field,work without supervision and can work on advanced equipment or machinery.

3. Maintenance Assistant Gr 1
Sasol Secunda is inviting candidates to apply for the role of Maintenance Assistant who will aid the maintenance team by aiding with equipment maintenance assistance and reliability while working within company rules and regulations.
As an assistant, you will be responsible for inspections on specified instruments/equipments, reporting issues, aiding Artisans daily and implementing house keeping.
Sasol requests applicants to forward applications with a completed Grade 12 qualification (Maths, Science and English) and must have a Driver’s license.
The company desires applicants to have basic experience in maintenance and utilizing a multimeter for conducting tests.
Applicants should be able to have an understanding of company’s protocols, team play/work,good communication skills and a willingness to self improve within the role.
