Service Centre Administrator

About this role

Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for a part-time Service Centre Administrator to work within the HiFi Corp brand in Midrand, Gauteng. The role helps the store deliver good service and reach its sales goals.

What you’ll do

• Look after customers and make sure they get helpful, friendly service.
• Work towards sales targets for the store.
• Keep your product knowledge up to date so you can advise customers well.
• Help with merchandising and keep the store looking neat and well presented.
• Play your part in keeping the store safe and secure.
• Work well with your team and manage your own tasks without needing constant supervision.

What you need

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• One to two years of proven experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for customer service and a drive to meet targets.
• Good teamwork and self-management skills.
