Service Centre Administrator

About this role

Pepkor Lifestyle is recruiting a Service Centre Administrator for its HiFi Corp brand in Malelane, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on customer service, sales and keeping the store running well day to day.

What you’ll do

• Look after customers and give them a helpful, friendly service.
• Work towards sales targets.
• Keep your product knowledge current so you can advise customers.
• Help with merchandising and keeping the store display neat and attractive.
• Play your part in keeping the store safe and secure.
• Work well as part of a team and manage your own tasks without close supervision.

What you need

• Grade 12 (matric).
• One to two years of proven experience in a retail environment (minimum).
