Store Supervisor

About this role

Ares Holdings is looking for a Store Supervisor for its Hey Dude store at Kulisriver in Cape Town. You will help run the shop floor each day and support the store management team.

What you’ll do

• Open and close the store following the set procedures.
• Handle cash-ups and banking, and keep the POS under control.
• Keep the front and back of house clean and well kept.
• Take part in physical stock counts and cycle counts, and keep stock topped up on the shelves.
• Manage stock coming in and going out, including dispatch and receiving.
• Supervise staff on shift, including their time, shop duties and shift control, and keep the team motivated.
• Answer customer queries and keep the daily taking sheet updated.

What you need

• Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Product knowledge (advantageous).
• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts.
