Minimum prerequisites

• Must be in good physical health

• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
• Clean criminal background

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Proficient in operating heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
• Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks such as walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Strong organizational skills are essential
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently
• Willingness to follow instructions from a supervisor
• National Senior Certificate or equivalent

Tasks & Obligations

• Performing the tasks of sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Perform daily maintenance of offices by emptying waste receptacles, attending to toilet facilities, and sanitizing shared surfaces
• Maintain unobstructed and debris-free conditions on external walks.
• Inform the building administration about any necessary repairs.
• Aiding office personnel in the preparation of tea.
• Comprehensive sanitation of the entire premises
• Preserving the environment.
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance duties in a household.
