Vehicle Sales Trainee

About this role

Motus Retail Western Cape, part of Motus Corporation, is hiring trainees for its dealerships in Parow, Tygervalley, Diep River, Paarden Eiland and Richmond. This is a six-month fixed-term programme that prepares you for a career as a Vehicle Sales Executive.

What you’ll do

• Learn vehicle sales on the showroom floor, working alongside experienced dealership staff.
• Take part in structured training that builds your product and sales knowledge.
• Serve customers face to face and help them find the right vehicle.
• Build your skills in customer service and retail selling.
• Get practical exposure to how a dealership runs day to day.

What you need

• South African citizenship.
• Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 months of sales experience in any industry.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A clear criminal record and a clear credit record.
• Eagerness to learn.
• A driver’s licence (advantageous).
