Launch your career in the Wine & Hospitality Industry!
The Pebbles Project Trust is inviting unemployed young people from Stellenbosch, Fisantekraal, the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, and surrounding communities to apply for a six-month skills development programme designed to prepare participants for employment in the wine and hospitality industry.

Programme Structure
First 3 Months: Classroom-based training in hospitality, wine sales, customer service, digital literacy, personal development and work readiness.
Next 3 Months: Supervised workplace experience with leading wine estates and hospitality employers, where you’ll apply your skills in a real work environment and gain valuable industry experience.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Be unemployed.
- Live in Stellenbosch, Fisantekraal, the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, or surrounding communities.
- Come from an agricultural or rural farming community.
- Be committed to completing the full six-month programme.
Programme Duration
August 2026 – February 2027
(Includes the festive season break.)
