Junior Merchandiser Internship

About this role

Managed People Solutions is offering an 18-month internship in Musina, Limpopo. The programme is built for young people who have finished their N6 at a TVET college and want practical workplace experience. You will work as a junior merchandiser alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do

• Decide which stock needs merchandising and work out how much you need.
• Check product quality on the shelf, stock rotation and price tags.
• Carry out merchandising tasks in line with the cycle brief you are given.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and requests, and pass on feedback.
• Keep up to date with product information and promotions, and share it with customers.
• Record your merchandising work accurately and make store calls on the set call cycle.
• Tell your RSM about out-of-stock products.

What you need

• Under 28 years old.
• N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.
• You must be unemployed and looking for workplace experience. You will need to complete the 18-month programme if you want to apply for an N6 Diploma later.
