Petrol Attendant

About this role

Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd (SSK) is hiring a Petrol Attendant for its Agriland store in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The job is about serving fuel customers well and keeping the forecourt safe and tidy.

What you’ll do

• Serve customers politely and professionally when they buy fuel and other products.
• Measure fuel quantities accurately.
• Check fuel stock levels and follow the set fuel control steps.
• Take cash, card and account payments carefully and securely.
• Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Keep your work area clean and well kept.

What you need

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (bilingual).
• Knowledge of fuel control measures and safety rules.
• Proven experience handling cash, card and account transactions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and reliability, even under pressure.
