Supervisor Power Fashion

About this role

Mr Price Group is looking for a Supervisor for its Power Fashion store in Matsulu, Mpumalanga. You will help the store manager run the day-to-day work of the store, so that sales targets and customer service standards are met.

What you’ll do

• Help drive sales by putting customer experience processes into practice, including markdowns, repricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Track customer feedback and work towards store targets, including new account and membership targets.
• Coach and mentor store staff, and build their product knowledge so they can serve customers well.
• Make sure stock is received, unpacked and placed on the sales floor accurately.
• Monitor stock levels through stock counts, stock takes and stock loss action plans.
• Keep the stockroom tidy and up to housekeeping standards.
• Help with compliance checks, such as store audits, POS and COMO reports, health and safety checks, and security checks.

What you need

• Grade 12.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Skills in sales and service management.
• Computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail trade.
• A good understanding of the brand, customers and products.
