TVET N6 Internship Programme – Junior Merchandiser

About this role

Managed People Solutions in Klerksdorp, North West, is offering an 18-month internship for young people who want hands-on workplace experience. The programme is built to build practical skills and help unemployed youth move into work. You will work as a junior merchandiser alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do

• Work out which stock needs merchandising and how much you need to draw.
• Check product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, price tags and vintage dates.
• Carry out merchandising tasks according to the cycle brief you are given.
• Respond to customer complaints, questions and requests, and pass feedback on.
• Keep your product and promotion knowledge up to date.
• Record your merchandising activities accurately and report out-of-stock products to your RSM.

What you need

• A completed TVET College N6 Certificate.
• You must be under 28 years old.
• N6 in one of these fields: Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.
• You must be looking for a workplace experience placement to finish your N6 Diploma requirements.
