TVET N6 Internship Programme

About this role

Managed People Solutions in Pretoria is offering an 18-month internship for young people who have finished their N6 at a TVET college. The programme is meant to give unemployed youth hands-on workplace experience and build their job skills. You will work as a Junior Merchandiser alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do

• Work out which stock needs merchandising and how much you need to draw.
• Check product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, expiry dates and price tags.
• Carry out merchandising tasks according to the cycle brief.
• Deal with customer complaints, questions and requests, and pass on feedback.
• Keep up to date on products and promotions, and share that knowledge.
• Keep accurate records of your merchandising work and follow the call cycle.
• Tell your RSM about out-of-stock products.

What you need

• Completed N6 TVET College certificate.
• N6 in Management Assistant, Business Management or Marketing Management.
• Under 28 years old.
• Based in Pretoria, Gauteng, or able to work there.
• Willingness to complete the 18-month workplace programme so you can apply for the N6 Diploma.
