About this role

Pedros is opening a brand-new restaurant in Krugersdorp and is looking for waitrons to join the launch team. The job is focused on dine-in service and making sure every guest has a good experience from the first visit.

What you’ll do

• Greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
• Explain the daily specials and take food and drink orders correctly.
• Serve meals and drinks quickly and check that guests are happy with their meal.
• Clear and reset tables so they are ready for the next guests.
• Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
• Process payments when needed.
• Keep the dining area clean and work closely with the kitchen and cashier teams.

What you need

• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work flexible shifts.
• Previous hospitality experience (advantageous, not compulsory).
• Strong customer focus and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Good conflict handling skills.
