About this role
Clicks Group is looking for a Wellness Assistant for its store at Rosebank Mall in Rosebank, Gauteng. The role is about giving customers helpful, knowledgeable advice on health, nutrition and supplements, and building their loyalty to the store.
What you’ll do
- Give customers friendly, expert service on the shop floor, and be easy to find when they need help.
- Advise customers on healthcare, nutrition and supplement products that suit their needs.
- Meet healthcare sales targets by recommending a range of brands, including add-on and upgrade options.
- Keep healthcare aisles stocked by following stock management rules and procedures.
- Reduce waste and stock loss by rotating stock and following the risk management policies.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, and help with merchandising using the store guidelines.
What you need
- Matric.
- At least 1 year of related retail or customer-facing experience.
- Experience working with sports nutrition and vitamin products.
- Selling skills, and customer service training.
- Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of retail store operations, including stock management, merchandising and risk management.
- Good communication skills and a service-focused attitude.
- Merchandising skills.
- Advantageous: a sports, fitness or nutrition qualification.
- Advantageous: basic computer literacy.
